Bloated rent price, neighbors annoyingly close, a rule against "aggressive" dog breeds forces everyone to get loud-paranoid yapper dogs--who cease to shut up for 5 minutes. Constant appliance maintenance and water shortages make this polished turd of a trailer park not worth upwards of $700/month. If you are white trash and don't mind these issues, feel free to move in.
